We’re excited to introduce Coast HOA, a brand-new HOA management company right here in Wilmington, NC — built by friends, backed by experience, and focused on great service.
Coast HOA was started by three long-time friends — Matt and Rebecca Dawson and Ryan Walker — who decided it was time to bring a fresh, personal touch to the world of community management. Together, they’re combining years of industry know-how with a simple goal: make HOA management easier and more enjoyable for everyone involved.

Ryan Walker has been in the HOA world for almost a decade, managing communities all across the area. He knows what it takes to keep things running smoothly — from budgets and maintenance to communication and board relations.
Matt and Rebecca Dawson have spent years in real estate and financial planning, helping communities stay on track and on budget. They bring a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of what makes neighborhoods thrive.
Together, we’re using our experience to create something better — a company that puts people first and treats every community like it’s our own.
